Top 5 Dog Friendly Places to Visit | Shoreditch

You might already know it but in case you don’t here is another opportunity to let you know that we are popping-up in Shoreditch from the 14th-23rd September.
Our Design + Dogs pop up store located at 67 Redchurch Street.
We thought it only made sense to dedicate our monthly post to this great area that is Shoreditch!
Not far from both Shoreditch and Haggerston Parks, here are a few of our favourite places to visit after a long walk around the area with dogs;

THE HOXTON HOTEL (SHOREDITCH)

We love going to The Hoxton! If you’re looking for an after walk’s breakfast, brunch or dinner, The Hoxton’s restaurant is open at anytime of the day. The Hoxton has recently made all of its venues dog friendly to make all dog owners’ lives easier when traveling. To celebrate the good news, they’re throwing a host of doggy friendly events in every hood (see the below post)

As you can imagine, we love the idea and will participate and hopefully see some of you on the 22nd of September for their first walk!

DISHOOM SHOREDITCH

Dishoom Shoreditch is one of our favourite places to eat in the area, serving the most delicious Indian street food in Bombay-style digs, the restaurant welcomes dogs on their cosy Verandah space. Dishoom is very busy on evenings and weekends, thus if you would rather avoid queuing (it is worth the wait but your dog might not agree with that) you then better head there on week days for a generous and tasty breakfast or lunch! Surrounded by a beautiful decor and comfortably sat in a vintage looking sofa, be ready to enjoy one of the best Indian food you’ve ever had!

OZONE COFFEE ROASTERS

There is no better way to start a day than with a dog walk and a good coffee! For this exact reason, we make sure to locate the best coffee places in any area we head to in the city. Our Shoreditch favourite coffee is at Ozone Coffee Roasters. This coffee roaster placed in the heart of Shoreditch can only allow a perfect start of your day; this artisan roastery coffee shop’s menu offers high quality coffee but also amazing breakfast, cakes, eggs and lunchtime snacks with its onsite bakery. This dog-friendly place is the perfect mix of what’s best in life; coffee and dogs!

If you’re looking for a place to hang out, have a tea or drink in a beautiful environment, with your furry best friend, Ace Hotel is the one! Only a few minutes away from our pop-up store, Ace Hotel is one of Shoreditch’s absolute 'place to be'. Their patios hotel rooms are pet-friendly and public (and dogs) are also welcome to hang out in their lobby, the perfect spot to “congregate, socialize, work or wind down”!

Finally, we could not write about Shoreditch’s best places to go without mentioning the famous Brick Lane! Indeed, this picturesque street is a staple of East London’s visit.
